How do we reserve our date?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can give you more information on this. A 50% deposit and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar.
Two weeks prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.
Will we get featured in a magazine or blog?
We always love when our couples give us the permission to submit to a magazine or blog and we're happy to help facilitate that process, however note that this is not something that is guaranteed. Having unique elements and beautiful details to your big day is always helpful in having your wedding published.
Some of our favorites include Style Me Pretty, Once Wed, 100 Layer, and Martha Stewart Weddings.
What equipment do you use?
We are hybrid photographers which means we shoot film and digitally. Yes, that old school film that a lab will process in a dark room. For film photographs, we use Contax 645 and occasionally a Canon EOS-1N and a variety of film. For digital photographs, we use all of the latest Canon equipment - the 5D Mark III, the Mark II, and a bunch of lenses, the 50mm f1.2 being my absolute go-to. We try our best to avoid any snafus, by having a back up for all of our pieces in the rare event that anything should occur to one of our cameras or lenses.
Things can always go wrong, but it is always our priority to be as prepared as a boy scout!
How do you deliver the photographs?
I deliver all approved digital files via zip file, whether they were photographed by film or digitally.
Are you available for travel?
While I am based in New York City, I am always available for travel for all your photography needs.
